R & D MANAGEMENT PROCESS
1、Follow IPD process, strictly control each processes starting from concept ->EVP->DVP->PP->MP no matter how urgent the lead time is , Internally check details of each process , formulate the review mechanism for each stage, and set the acceptance criterion.
2、Strictly follow the approval process for new incoming materials, increase the technical review and make better team work.
3、Cooperate with the customer's APK development team to comprehensively test the product hardware, APK and algorithm to ensure that the product is fully verified before shipping and conduct on-site simulation testing to ensure that all the problems are fixed before the project is launched.
4、Fully optimization during development, DFM, DFA, DFD, DFS, DFR, fully consider the application scenarios at the same time, and the reliability test has been upgraded for better protection level.
